Mistakes we protect you from

Foreign documents without an apostille or legalisation, or with an inaccurate translation — a common cause of rejection or delay
The wrong legal form: a representative office cannot carry out commercial activity
Incorrect activity codes that affect taxes, licences and Astana Hub eligibility
Bank refusal due to an incomplete compliance pack or an opaque ownership structure

Questions & answers

Can I register an LLP without travelling to Kazakhstan?

Yes, registration can be done under a notarised power of attorney. However, banks often require the director to be present in person to open an account — we plan for this in advance.

What is the difference between an LLP and a branch?

An LLP is a separate legal entity with liability limited to contributions. A branch is a division of the foreign company without legal personality; the parent company bears liability.

Does the company need a seal?

For most companies a seal is not mandatory, but counterparties and some banks still ask for it. We'll advise whether you need one.

Do I need an office to register?

You need a documented legal address. This can be a leased office; we'll find an option that fits your needs and budget in Astana or Almaty.

How long does registration take?

Registration itself usually takes from a few business days. The overall timeline depends on preparing foreign documents and opening the account — we give an exact plan after diagnostics.
